3. Are your drinks made from real fruit? 


Absolutely. Each bottle contains 90% whole-fruit goodness, using only the finest mangoes, guavas, grapes, berries, bananas, and more from premium orchards around the world. No shortcuts, no artificial nonsense.

7. Are Wondamix products pasteurised? 


Nope. We keep it fresh, raw, and real. Our blends are never pasteurised because we refuse to filter out the natural flavour, aroma, and fruit energy that make Wondamix what it is. 


8. How should I store Wondamix? 


Keep your bottles refrigerated. Because we don’t pasteurise or use heat treatment, Wondamix stays fresh the way nature intended.  


9. How long do the drinks last? 


You’ll find a use-by date on every bottle. We recommend enjoying them soon after purchase for the best flavour and quality.

1. Delivery Information 


1.1 Delivery Areas & Schedule 


We deliver across mainland UK. Orders placed before 2:00 pm are typically dispatched the same or next working day. Deliveries occur Monday - Saturday. 


1.2 Delivery Method 


All orders are shipped via temperature-controlled or priority couriers. Tracking details are provided once dispatched. 


1.3 Ensuring a Successful Delivery 


We are unable to refund or replace orders when delivery fails due to: 


  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

A redelivery fee may apply where parcels are returned to us. 


1.4 Delayed or Missing Orders 


If your parcel is delayed or missing, contact us immediately.

Should the products in your delivery be damaged/ defective, please contact info@wondamix.com to investigate the claim. Photographs of the defective product will be required by our customer service team as supporting evidence. Refunds in this instance are not guaranteed.
